CCLS Spay/Neuter Program

Every year in the United States, millions of unwanted animals are killed in animal control facilities. Many other animals are used as products for human enjoyment and entertainment. Subsequently, these animals spend their days “existing” rather than “living.” Getting animals spayed/neutered is one of the most powerful avenues to combat this injustice.

If you need assistance getting your dog or cat altered, CCLS  can help finance the surgery. CCLS works with Lakewood Veterinary Services in Rushford, N.Y. to alter animals. In addition to altering, CCLS  will also help finance other medical care an animal may need, (such as tumor removal, treatment for an infection, etc.) These types of appointments will be made with a veterinarian of CCLS’s choice.
